Alice

Alice discovered Pilates during her pregnancy after stepping away from the fast-paced world of television, and quickly fell in love with the strength and confidence the method builds. She trained in mat, reformer, pregnancy and postnatal Pilates and began teaching in local community spaces where her energetic, supportive classes built a loyal following. Known for her uplifting energy (and a great playlist), she’s passionate about helping women feel strong, capable and at home in their bodies.

Jess

Jess is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal conditions and a Pilates instructor who loves helping people move better and build strength so they can return to the activities they love with confidence. Originally from South Africa, she grew up on a farm where her love of the outdoors, sport and active living began. Jess later moved to Cornwall to surf and still pinches herself when she rides a clean wave in the sunshine.

ElLLIE

Originally from South London, Ellie moved to Newquay in 2024 to raise her children by the sea and become part of a smaller community. She discovered reformer Pilates in 2013 and quickly fell in love with it as a fun and transformative way to stay strong alongside her career. She later trained in mat Pilates with HFE before completing her reformer qualification with Virgin Active, where she began teaching big reformer classes. After a short break to move to Cornwall and welcome her son, Ellie is excited to return to teaching and share her love of Pilates at Numa House.

Eloise

Eloise, the creator of the Fawe method, has a background in dance and over nine years of experience in movement coaching across a range of modalities, including Qigong, Somatics, Pilates and Barre. She is passionate about helping others tap into their inner strength and creativity through movement.

Vikki

Vikki is a fully qualified Pilates instructor with a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates and is a fully accredited Reformer instructor. Her teaching focuses on building core strength, improving movement quality and supporting long-term, sustainable health. Her approach is supportive and accessible, helping clients develop strength, control and confidence in their bodies. With a strong emphasis on longevity, Vikki encourages mindful, intentional movement that enhances everyday life — enabling people to move better, feel stronger and stay active for longer. Having discovered Pilates as a way to reset and reconnect after more than 15 years working internationally across tours, festivals and live events, Vikki now enjoys a slower pace of life by the coast.

Cori

Cori is a Pilates instructor who brings a fluid, intuitive approach to movement, shaped by her background in Osteopathy, Psychology and dance. With over a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, she focuses on offering just enough guidance to help you move in a way that feels right for your body, creating sessions that are accessible and quietly challenging. Cori is trained in both mat and reformer Pilates, alongside yoga, meditation and sports massage. Her classes are welcoming and thoughtfully designed to help you build strength, confidence and connection to your body.

Olivia

Olivia is a Level 3 Mat Pilates and Barre instructor with a background in ballet, bringing a focus on strength, control and lengthened movement to her classes. She recently returned from Australia, where she taught in heated studios and led community classes by the beach. Her approach is accessible and supportive, helping clients build core strength, mobility and confidence while reducing strain on the body. Olivia loves the energy Pilates brings to both body and mind, and the sense of community it creates.

Sasha

Sasha discovered yoga in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the way it supports both body and mind. After completing her teacher training in 2021, she has taught around the world, including Indonesia, Nicaragua and Morocco, before moving to Newquay in 2025 to work as a surf instructor. Her classes blend movement, breath and a grounded, accessible approach — from restorative and yin-inspired practices to more dynamic vinyasa flow. Music is carefully chosen to support the rhythm of each class, helping you feel connected, settled and restored.

LAUREN

Lauren is a Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor with a background in physiotherapy rehabilitation, nutrition and strength and conditioning. Her love of Pilates began through her own recovery from sports injuries, and she now brings a strong understanding of the body into every class. Drawing on 10 years of strength coaching experience, Lauren teaches contemporary Pilates that builds strength, stability and confidence in a way that feels supportive but challenging. Her classes are designed to help you move well, feel strong and build a body that supports you in everyday life.

Lotte

Lotte is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher who completed her training in Lombok, Indonesia. After relocating to Cornwall, drawn by the sea and a slower pace of life, she now shares thoughtful, inclusive classes that support wellbeing and community. Her teaching ranges from slow, grounding practices to more dynamic flows, with each class shaped around a clear theme and intention.

AMAYA

Amaya is a professionally trained dance teacher with a degree in Dance for Commercial Performance. With experience across styles including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, commercial, contemporary, aerial and ballroom, they bring a vibrant and versatile energy to every class. Their teaching blends technique, expression and creativity, creating sessions that feel both challenging and fun. Amaya is passionate about building confidence, developing skills and creating a welcoming space where dancers can enjoy every moment in the studio.

Sarah

Sarah is the founder and primary holistic massage therapist at A Little Space. After years living and working in London, she discovered the power of natural therapies while searching for ways to calm a busy nervous system and reconnect with wellbeing. In 2018 she returned to her native South West and settled in Newquay, where she created A Little Space — a contemporary approach to massage and restorative treatments designed to help women slow down and restore balance.

Carolina

Originally from Chile, Carolina discovered Pilates while living in Spain over 16 years ago and quickly developed a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger.

After moving to the UK, she completed a Foundation Degree in Sports Therapy & Science and trained as a certified STOTT Pilates instructor. Her work combines Clinical Pilates with rehabilitation principles to support injury recovery, improve movement patterns and build strength safely, with a particular focus on women’s health, including pelvic floor and pregnancy.

Hattie

Hattie offers a calm, supportive space for busy women to slow down, reconnect and restore balance. With a background in yoga, massage and energy work, she brings a thoughtful, intuitive approach to each session, helping to ease tension and settle the nervous system. Her treatments blend therapeutic touch with energy work to support deep rest and relaxation. Hattie’s work is designed to help you pause, reset and feel more grounded and at ease.

ellie

Ellie brings a thoughtful, whole-body approach to supporting women’s health, shaped by her background in nursing and years of experience across a range of care settings. Her work focuses on reflexology and women’s health therapies designed to support the nervous system, hormone balance and overall wellbeing. With additional training in menopause, fertility and nutrition, she offers treatments that are both restorative and informed by an understanding of how the body responds to stress and hormonal change. Ellie Mary’s sessions are calm, supportive and designed to help you feel more balanced, grounded and at ease.

Kate

Kate is a registered dietitian with over 12 years of clinical experience, specialising in women’s health, hormone balance and digestive wellbeing. She holds a BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics and is trained in the Monash University Low FODMAP approach, alongside additional training as a Health Coach.

With a background in the NHS, Kate has supported women with a range of complex health concerns, including hormonal and digestive symptoms. Her work focuses on the connection between gut health and hormones, supporting conditions such as IBS, PCOS and menopause.

Kate takes a personalised, evidence-based approach, helping you build sustainable habits and feel confident in your food choices while supporting long-term health and wellbeing.

Katy

Katy is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal health, bringing a detailed understanding of the face, neck and shoulders into her facial treatments. Her approach combines therapeutic massage with techniques such as Gua Sha to support circulation, reduce tension and improve skin vitality. Katy’s treatments are structured and considered, designed to support both relaxation and the overall health of the skin.

Katy moved to Newquay in 2006 to be closer to the sea and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

SASHA

Sasha brings a thoughtful, movement-based approach to Thai Massage, shaped by years of yoga practice and teaching around the world. Having trained and taught in destinations including Indonesia, Nicaragua and Morocco, she developed a deep appreciation for practices that support mobility, recovery and overall wellbeing. Her treatments combine assisted stretching, pressure point work and mindful movement to help release tension, improve flexibility and restore balance in the body. Sasha's approach is grounded, intuitive and focused on helping clients feel both relaxed and re-energised.
