Happy Hips & Hamstrings
Our hips and hamstrings play a huge role in how freely and comfortably we move, from walking and running to squatting, bending and sitting. This workshop explores the relationship between flexibility, strength and control through the posterior chain and around the pelvis.
We’ll work through a combination of dynamic mobility, loaded movement and longer stretches, using the reformer, yoga and strength-based exercises to explore range safely and progressively. Expect plenty of movement, a little challenge and a much better understanding of what your hips and hamstrings actually need to feel good.
Duration:2 hours

Boulder Shoulders
Shoulders are designed to move! But modern life can leave them feeling anything but free. Hours at a desk, driving, carrying, training or simply holding tension can affect the way the shoulder blades, upper back and neck work together.
This workshop looks at the whole shoulder complex, building strength and stability alongside greater freedom of movement. We’ll explore shoulder mobility, scapular control, upper-back strength and overhead movement through reformer work, yoga-inspired sequences and progressive resistance exercises. The aim is not simply to make your shoulders more flexible, but to make them strong, capable and adaptable.

Back & Core Strength
Your core is your connection between upper and lower body, helping you transfer force, stabilise your spine and move with control. A strong back and core can make everyday movement feel easier and give you a more resilient foundation for everything from lifting and running to yoga and sport.
We’ll explore the deeper relationship between breath, abdominal control, spinal movement and the muscles surrounding the pelvis and back. Reformer exercises will meet functional strength work and mindful movement, with a focus on building genuine strength. Expect to work hard, move well and leave feeling more connected through your centre.

Active Mobility
Flexibility is only one part of mobility. Being able to control your available range is what allows you to use it when you actually need it.
This workshop explores active mobility, combining strength, stability and coordination with dynamic movement to help you access more useful range. We’ll work through different joints and movement patterns, using the reformer, yoga and resistance exercises to challenge both your control and your capacity. It’s a great session for anyone who feels stiff, wants to move more freely, or simply wants to understand how strength and mobility can work together rather than treating them as separate things.
