    Red Light Therapy

    COMING SUMMER 2026.

Our red light therapy room offers a calm, private space to support the body from the inside out. Red and near-infrared light work gently at a cellular level to assist recovery, circulation and overall vitality.

Many clients use this as part of their wider routine — alongside Pilates and massage — to help ease tension, support skin health and maintain consistent energy.

We offer sessions in ten and twenty minute sessions and recommend starting with ten minutes and working your way up to twenty minutes.

  • Perimenopause & Menopause Reflexology | £90

A restorative treatment specifically designed for women in perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Combining facial, hand and foot reflexology, the session works on key reflex points linked to the endocrine and nervous systems to support balance and ease common symptoms. • Nutrition Consultation | £60

A personalised, evidence-based approach to supporting your health through nutrition. Your initial consultation provides a comprehensive understanding of your symptoms, lifestyle and key drivers behind how you’re feeling, with clear guidance and practical next steps. • Gua Sha Facial & Massage | £70

A restorative facial treatment designed to release tension, support circulation and enhance the skin’s natural vitality. The session begins with a gentle cleanse before moving into slow, considered facial massage to encourage lymphatic drainage, improve skin tone and support a healthy glow.

Gua Sha techniques are then used to sculpt, lift and reduce puffiness, helping to define and revitalise the skin. The treatment continues into the neck, shoulders and scalp, working through areas where tension is often held, allowing the body to soften and unwind.

Designed as both a results-driven and deeply relaxing experience, this treatment supports skin health while helping you feel more reset, restored and rebalanced.
